Reasons I chose to purchase from Lee Hyundai of Goldsboro are they offered me the best deal/ lowest price, they had the exact vehicle I wanted (color, options, etc), they treated me well, and the reputation of Hyundai. We are very pleased with the improvements made to the 2013 Santa Fe from the 2008 Santa Fe we traded. Keep up the good work.

A very pleasant experience. Salesman was great. (I had visited another car dealership before going to Lee). This is my second Hyundai--1st vehicle was used. In the 5 years of ownership, never a problem with mechanics--paint was the only negative issue with the Santa Fe.

This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever been part of. Kevin White was very informative and did a fantastic job helping me pick the right vehicle and then helping me with the purchase process. At this time, I have had no problems with the vehicle and have told a number of family and friends to give Lee Hyundai consideration when looking for their next vehicle. When I went to the dealership that day I was simply looking, but after my test drive, and talking with Kevin, I could not go home with[out] getting the vehicle.
The dealership and the saleman were outstanding. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted in stock, or anywhere within a two state radius. Lee Hyundai and Mr. Kevin White found the exact vehicle we wanted in Pennsylvania and they obtained it for us at our price. No other Hyundai dealer would do this for us, although we tried three other dealerships which were closer to our home. These other dealerships could take some lessons from Lee Hyundai! We will be recommending Lee Hyundai to anyone we know who needs a vehicle.
Already had selected the car and agreed on price before going to the dealer. Process there was swift, but we had to wait a little before we could finish the final paperwork. Did make a test drive as the dealer asked us--even though I originally was not interested. But it was good that she asked me. However, since I made it clear that I knew the vehicle, she did not go into details about the features which I appreciated. However, she did explain the warranty. Furthermore, dealer is too far practically to return for regular service.

Lee Hyundai is the absolute best dealership I have ever visited! No exaggeration! I first visited back around February just looking around the lot and talking with Michael Barnes. I left without buying a car but Michael never lost contact. He emailed me about once a month just checking in. When I knew I was ready to buy I would go back to him. I bought my 2012 Sonata over a week ago and upon returning back to Lee Hyundai I was once again treated great. Michael was very patient with me in the process of buying, explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions (which were a lot). The sales manager Jeff was also tremendously helpful as well. Rick Colville and his team rocks! The customer service was just unbelievably awesome and everyone knows their stuff. Most importantly the dealership was able to work with my financial situation to accommodate me. Since purchasing my car I have received both emails and a phone call thanking me personally. If you are thinking of buying a car you definitely need to check this place out! Great prices & Great people.
The one thing I found out about my husband is he hates buying a car; until we came to Lee Hyundai of Goldsboro. They gave us an amazing price on our trade in, very laid back attitude, meaning no PUSHY CAR SALESMAN!!! They were true to their word. We drove 154 miles and worth every mile. What can I say! The folks at Lee Hyundai of Goldsboro were great!! Jeff Vanetten was friendly, professional and wonderful to work with. Tyler was sweet, patient and very accommodating when completing all the paperwork and as always, there was alot of paperwork. Robby was an awesome test drive companion while being an overall funny and sincere guy. My experience was truly worth the drive (I live 75 miles away). I will seriously consider getting my service here, what the heck with the great gas mileage I ll be getting with my new Elantra, it will be a nice road trip once in awhile to visit some great people. Lee Hyundai of Goldsboro was the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They gave my wife and I a great trade in on our old vehicle and a great price on our new Accent hatchback. The gas millage is fantastic and the hatchback holds much more than you would think in such a small vehicle. They made my wife s very first brand new car a wonderful experience. We drove there from Wilmington and it was worth the trip. The price of the car was very good and our saleman, Michael Barnes, was courteous, professional and we felt honest. We love the Sonata. I guess the only negative comment we might have is it took too long to complete the deal with all the paperwork. We paid cash so there was no financing paperwork to complete. Will I contact Goldsboro Hyundai when I am ready to buy another car........... Yes.
